Value-Driven Leaders

for Education

Deploy an ambitious, impactful and sustainable leadership development programme for early to mid-level leaders

About the Programme

The Wider Purpose Leadership Programme, a collaboration between Alex Bell FRSA FCCT and Mark Topley FICRS B.Ed. (Hons), has been advancing leadership since 2019. Designed for emerging leaders, this programme integrates collective sustainability and social responsibility within educational environments. Our primary aim is to elevate leaders who not only excel within their organisations but also positively influence their wider communities, addressing pressing issues such as social equity and environmental sustainability.

“The CSR Champions programme has transformed our schools by empowering leaders to actively engage and make real, tangible changes in their communities.”

Gary Wilkie - CEO, Learning in Harmony Trust

TESTIMONIALS

What our delegates say

“I no longer seek the need to control, but rather use those around me because I learned that I didn’t have to balance the plates all by myself. In fact, the very best plate balancers were the children themselves.”

Lucy

2024

"The CSR project pushed me out of my comfort zone and has allowed me to pitch strategic ideas to SLT. I've reflected on my own leadership skills and my preferred style and taken ownership of an idea from the beginning to end.”

Jabia

2024

“The idea of stewardship and people on the planet are becoming part of our school culture and staff and children are starting to see it as something that runs throughout each school year rather than one project.”
